Subcontractor – Demolition and Disposal of Existing Concrete Sidewalk/ Asphalt Pavement Removal (3,105 SF), Removal of existing waterline G.V. and FH Cap at Branch or Tee, Tree Removal and Disposal, Demolition of Concrete Slab Foundation – Approximately 15” thick. New construction of approximately 1,642 SF of 4” Sidewalk, dumpster concrete pad and enclosure, installation of 4” Steel/concrete Bollards, signs. Utility trench pavement repair which include 3.5” of Hot Mix Asphalt (S-III), 12” Base Material, Asphalt speed bumps and thermoplastic striping. Fire, Sanitary and Storm System installation. New Building addition which included cut and fill and grading, a 8,500 SF reinforced concrete slab with reinforced wall foundation and center footing. Pond Restoration. Survey and Layout.
